NYCEDC Business Innovation Award
NYC Business Innovation Challenge awardees were spurred to think creatively about investing in the skill sets of their employees that will lead to growth in a number of sectors. They were invited to create a plan to provide their employees with a path to improve skill sets, career prospects, and economic opportunities, while helping the business attain higher employee retention rates, organizational performance and revenues. The entrants with the most innovative plans received $25,000.
